meal 1 - protein shake w/1 tbsp almond butter

meal 2 - chocolate chip pancake, 1 cup raw whole milk

meal 3 - chicken spinach wrap

meal 4 - egg salad sandwhich w/ 1 slice whole wheat bread

meal 5 - 1 cup ground beef chili, 1 glass red wine

activity today - 20 minute walk
